Cancellation Policy
To better serve you, we require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit which will be applied to total amount of services. Your appointment will be secured once deposit has been received and appointment is confirmed. Please be sure you have read under read more section for details regarding your service. There are detailed instructions especially regarding any brow service that needs to be fully understood prior to booking. Remainder due in CASH at time of services. Cards will be charged a 3% service fee. Cancellations/ Rescheduling: Has to take place at least 24 hours prior to services in order to be eligible for rescheduling based upon availability without having an additional deposit required. LATE: 10 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee added to services. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be subject to cancellation.
